Two State Championship Teams
Canterbury Division 1 A Indiana State Champions
Congratulations to Coach Scott Kreiger and his players for winning the Division
1 A Indiana State Championship. Coach Kreiger did an outstanding job of leading
his Canterbury H.S. girls to the championship. It was the Fort Wayne, Indiana
school`s first State Championship.
Aubrey Holle won the Patricia Roy Mental Attitude Award which represents mental
attitude, scholarship, leadership, and athletic ability. Holle was a 4 year
starter and is the school`s record holder for assists and steals.
Several of coach Kreiger`s players came to the Dick Baumgartner`s 2007 Basketball
Shooting Camp last Summer. Several are planning on attending the 2008 shooting
camps.
Division 2 A Christian Heritage High School 2007- 08 Indiana State
Champions
Congratulations to Coach Rick Risinger and his players for winning the 2007-
08 Division 2 A Indiana girls State Championship. Rick did an outstanding
job of leading his team to it`s 3rd State Championship in-a-row. For the last
3 years the Heritage Christian H.S. program is the winningest basketball program
in the state. This year they beat Carmel H.S. the 4 A Girls State Champions
by 8 points on their floor. Christian Heritage High School is located in Indianapolis,
Indiana.
Rick Risinger played for Coach Baumgartner and was an all-star and outstanding
player for Richmond High School. He was a very good shooter and scorer. He
uses many of the shooting and offensive techniques which he learned playing
for Coach Baumgartner. He also worked one week at the Dick Baumgartner Shooting
Camp last summer where some of his players also attended. Rick will again
work one week this summer at the shooting camp. Several of his players are
planning on attending the 2008 shooting camps.
We have many players (both boys and girls) attend our shooting camps from
the Indianapolis and Fort Wayne Schools and other cities in Indiana. We also
have many players come from all-over the U.S. and some from other countries.
In the last 32 years we have had thousands of players come from Illinois,
Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

Teaching shooting---3 pt shooting----Pull-up jump shooting----Finishing well
around the basket and scoring in general are our specialities. We also do
a great job with other offensive skills such as dribbling, driving, etc.
We can easily help you with your range in shooting a basketball. Regardless
of your age or strength level we can easily improve your range with the drills,
and techniques we use at our shooting camp.
