Camp Testimonial
Coach Baumgartner, our daughter Lisa went from not making a varsity team,
to being captain, and making all-conference in Division 5 A basketball
in Missouri her senior year. After attending the Dick Baumgartner Basketball
Camp she led her team in many areas. She was first or second on her team
in total points, three pointers, free throws, assists, defensive rebounds
and steals. Lisa feels a big part of her success came from her
improved offense which she learned at your shooting camp.
Lisa went to Elite Position camps at Mizzou (MU), Kansas (KU), and St
Louis University (SLU), and a full week Point Guard Camp in St. Louis
( I`ll have to look up who did this camp - was a camp that went city to
city ) in addition to your shooting camp between her soph/junior years.
Of those fine schools and camps - yours was the only one we thought was
good enough and worth the money to repeat and go to between her junior/senior
year last summer. With your camp Lisa was impressed that even though you
had a lot of girls in your camp that everyone got individual attention,
that the level of instruction was appropriate to each girl`s skill level
and that all of the coaches and assistants had good knowledge of the game
Lisa, plans on playing in college where she has had some offers. Thanks
